Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Xorost ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your credentials. Usernames must be unique and must not impersonate others.
3. Subscriptions
Access to premium categories costs $1 per category per 30-day billing period (Rs.6 per category in India). Subscriptions do not auto-renew; access lapses at the end of each 30-day window unless renewed.
4. User Uploads
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Xorost a non-exclusive license to host, stream, and display your content to subscribers of the categories you select. Uploads may be reviewed before publication. You must own or have permission to publish everything you upload.
5. Prohibited Content
No unlawful, infringing, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, deceptive, or malware-bearing content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Revenue Sharing
Creators receive 50% of subscription revenue (allocated per category based on watch time) and 50% of finalized advertising revenue attributable to their videos. See your Earnings page for details.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xorost is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
